Ingredients
- 500 g chickpeas (cooked)
- 2 tablespoons white sesame paste (Tahini)
- 50-70 ml of water
- 120 ml of olive oil
- 50 ml of fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- black sesame , tomatoes , arugula , chicory leaves
Steps
- Put chickpeas, tahini, garlic, salt and cumin into a blender together with lemon juice and 100 ml of olive oil
- We mix smoothing
- Depending on the consistency, add the necessary amount of water to make a smooth spread and mix again
- Put smooth hummus in a bowl and garnish with black sesame, cherry tomatoes, arugula, chicory leaves and olive oil
