Maximal heart rate calculator


The maximum heart rate (HRmax) is a value that indicates the maximum number of contractions that our heart is able to attain in one minute.

During exercise, we rarely get our heart rate to this value, but it is still useful to know it – you can define your personal target zones from HRmax which will enable you to exercise at the right intensity and reach your training goals more easily.

So train smart, not hard!
