Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 kiwi sliced
  • 1 tablespoon almond slices
  • 3 tablespoons walnuts

Steps

  1. Put coconut water, frozen strawberries, banana and chia seeds in a powerful mixer. Mix the mixture until smooth.
