Ingredients

  • 250 g spätzle
  • 150 g bear garlic
  • 100 g ricotta
  • 150 g of parmesan cheese
  • a handful of walnuts
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Steps

  1. First we mix the walnuts finely
  2. Then add bear garlic, olive oil, parmesan, ricotta, salt, pepper to the mixer and mix until smooth (we will keep some parmesan at the end)
  3. Cook the specs according to the instructions
  4. Mix pesto of bear garlic with speckles and sprinkle with Parmesan shavings
