Spätzle with wild garlic and ricotta

Ingredients
- 250 g spätzle
- 150 g bear garlic
- 100 g ricotta
- 150 g of parmesan cheese
- a handful of walnuts
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Steps
- First we mix the walnuts finely
- Then add bear garlic, olive oil, parmesan, ricotta, salt, pepper to the mixer and mix until smooth (we will keep some parmesan at the end)
- Cook the specs according to the instructions
- Mix pesto of bear garlic with speckles and sprinkle with Parmesan shavings
