Raspberry yogurt muffins with sesame

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 250 g plain spelled flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 70 g of butter
- 3 spoons of ground sesame
- 200 g of white yogurt
- 150 g of frozen (or fresh) raspberries
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
If you like it sweet, you can add 50g of vanilla sugar.
Steps
- Melt the butter in a water bath and then mix with all the other ingredients together
- Fill muffin cups with dough and bake at 180 °C for about 30-40 minutes (until golden)
