Oatmeal with fruit

Ingredients

  • 200 g oatmeal
  • 600 ml milk (classic, almond or oatmeal to taste)
  • 30 g chia seeds
  • 30 g flax seeds
  • 30 g of crushed cocoa beans
  • pinch of cinnamon
Topping / for decoration
  • blueberries
  • strawberries
  • raspberries
  • pecans
  • copper

Steps

  1. Boil 600 ml of milk on a medium flame and add oatmeal, cinnamon, seeds and cocoa beans. Cook, stirring constantly, until the oatmeal completely absorbs the milk mixture and a viscous slurry is formed. If the porridge is too dry, mix some more milk.
  2. For topping, remove the stems and leaves of raspberries, blueberries and strawberries, wash and place on a dry cloth. Put the well-drained berries on top of the oatmeal. Add chopped pecans and drizzle with a little honey.
