Minced veal meatballs, sweet potatoes and buttery peas

Ingredients

  • 300g of ground veal
  • 1 egg
  • 4 spoons of organic bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 150g of green peas
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Mix minced veal with egg, organic bread flour, marjoram (or other herbs according to your preferences) and fresh garlic 
  2. You can either bake it as a meatloaf or you can make small meatballs and bake them in the oven
  3. You can either boil sweet potatoes in water, steam, or bake them in the oven
  4. Boil the green peas with a little water in a pot and once soft, add the butter.
