Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons of whole grain millet flakes
  • 100 ml of whole milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons of 100% almond butter
  • 1 apple
  • 1 teaspoon of ground flax seeds
You can add honey or dried fruit.

Steps

  1. Boil millet porridge together with ground flaxseed in milk (cow's, goat's, sheep's)
  2. Add a fresh, finely grated apple and 1-2 tablespoons of almond butter
