Fresh pasta with lemon juice, mint and peas

Ingredients
- 200g pasta
- 1 lemon
- 100 g of parmesan
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 50 g of fresh peas
- mint
- salt and pepper
Steps
- We cook the pasta according to the instructions
- In a bowl, mix the juice of one lemon, parmesan, olive oil, peas and season with salt and pepper
- Drain the cooked pasta and add to the same bowl with the other ingredients
- Stir and garnish with mint leaves and peas
