Fresh pasta with lemon juice, mint and peas

Ingredients

  • 200g pasta
  • 1 lemon
  • 100 g of parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 50 g of fresh peas
  • mint
  • salt and pepper

Steps

  1. We cook the pasta according to the instructions
  2. In a bowl, mix the juice of one lemon, parmesan, olive oil, peas and season with salt and pepper
  3. Drain the cooked pasta and add to the same bowl with the other ingredients
  4. Stir and garnish with mint leaves and peas
Note: For the vegan version you can replace parmesan with ground nuts (cashew, para, etc.)
