Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- A handful of spinach
- 100 ml of milk
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- ½ red onion
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- lemon
- basil
- salt and peppr
Steps
- Mix the eggs with fresh spinach and milk
- Add the eggs to a pan a cook for about 5-7 minutes
- For the salsa, blend tomatoes, garlic, red onion, olive oil and a few drops of lemon and basil
