Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta (eg penne, spindles)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 150 ml tomato sauce / puree
  • 200 g of parmesan
  • 200 g mozzarella
  • a handful of basil
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Steps

  1. We cook the pasta according to the instructions
  2. Cut zucchini, tomatoes, onions and garlic into pieces and place in a baking dish
  3. Add cooked pasta and olive oil, salt and pepper
  4. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and chopped mozzarella
  5. Bake until golden (30-45 minutes) at 180 ° C
  6. Serve with fresh basil
