- 250 g pasta (eg penne, spindles)
- 1 zucchini
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 150 ml tomato sauce / puree
- 200 g of parmesan
- 200 g mozzarella
- a handful of basil
- 4 tablespoons olive oil

Steps
- We cook the pasta according to the instructions
- Cut zucchini, tomatoes, onions and garlic into pieces and place in a baking dish
- Add cooked pasta and olive oil, salt and pepper
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and chopped mozzarella
